Conversations
The Conversations page allows you to review every interaction users have had with your chatbot. This is an essential tool for monitoring performance, understanding user needs, and identifying areas for improvement.
Conversation List
On the left, you'll see a list of all conversations, sorted with the most recent at the top. Each entry shows a preview of the user's first message and a timestamp. You can use the search bar to find specific conversations.
Conversation View
Clicking on a conversation from the list will open the full transcript in the main view. You can see the back-and-forth exchange between the user and the AI.
On mobile devices, the list and view are separate screens. You'll tap a conversation to see its details and use the back arrow to return to the list.
